In a book to be published on November 6, Jeanson The case: gear, our colleague Alain Gravel reveals that Geneviève Jeanson maintained an unhealthy relationship with his coach André Aubut.
By obtaining these revelations shock Gravel made a foray into the privileged world of sport. For the veteran in the art, the experience was memorable, "a unique journalistic adventure," he said, hence the decision to make a book.
The Jeanson case: the gear will be in bookshops November 6. This book is not a biography Gravel says, but "the story of a peculiar journalistic adventure."
"Very paul heenan early, I wanted to write a book, even in the first meetings with her. [...] At the outset, I thought there was an extraordinary story, an extraordinary central character, I especially wanted to do was to explain paul heenan the process in this journalistic adventure. I wanted to tell the scenes, the making of. Through writing, I called to check on things and she continued to make me more revelations and this is where the book is furnished. "
Last year, the Quebec, now aged 27, stated that the two were married on business, to manage a fast food restaurant. The union lasted only six months, from April to October 2006.
The events began when Jeanson was 16. The first time in school where taught Aubut. Then touching continued for years in the car, even at Aubut when his wife was absent.
Also new illumination on what really knew his father. Yves Jeanson had always claimed not to know that Dr. Maurice Duquette had injected her daughter more than once. Genevieve says otherwise.
"During a conversation during the winter, while I was writing the book, she told me that her parents were aware of his doping paul heenan since the beginning of the age of 16 years until 2003, at the World Championships in Hamilton.
"His father paul heenan told me the story he had known that the first attempt paul heenan to treat his anemia. Thereafter, I confronted him about it and he told me: "Yeah, it's true What you want me to tell you.?" Thereafter, he no longer paul heenan wanted to meet me, "Gravel told Tuesday.
In the book, one can also read André Aubut has abused its power, not a recovery as we learned last year, but four times. Yves Jeanson was never aware it was one of the last to know.
"This is a girl who was raised quite special way. She told me that at the age of 7, his father made him sign contracts at the beginning of the school year to make it the best in its class, otherwise it destroys recreation. So I imagine the pressure it can do on a 7 year old child, "says Gravel.
"As a journalist and a father, I think it calls everyone. Especially in a society where performance is so valued today. It calls everyone to tell if I have a child who has talent or wants is a world that is not always funny, "says the journalist.
